We are excited to announce that our initial bargaining goals have been ratified by 99.5% yes to 0.5% no. With a majority of our unit members voting to approve our initial goals, we have a strong mandate to move forward with the bargaining process.
We are very excited to develop more specific proposals that address each of these goals in detail in preparation for negotiations with the UMass Chan administration. As part of that process, we will be establishing working groups to provide feedback and organize around specific issues.
