Today, our Bargaining Committee had our fifth bargaining session with the UMass Chan Administration. We are glad that UMass continues to engage with our proposals and return to the table with counterproposals. The University presented counterproposals on Prayer and Meditation Space, and Health and Safety. We will take these under consideration as we work towards a fair contract for all of our members.

You can find all of the proposals and counterproposals on our bargaining tracker here

Currently, we are still awaiting a response from UMass Chan on 12 of our proposals. While we are pleased to have three tentative agreements, we look forward to swift responses to these remaining proposals in the sessions ahead.

Show your support for our fight for a fair contract now by coming to our next bargaining session on Thursday, Dec. 18th at 2-4pm—RSVP here.
